she’s still in love with the ‘thought’ of him. not so much him but even that’s detrimenta; to her marriage becuase there is a piece of her that belongs to someone else. hingering her from ever giving herself to her husband. When you’re talking about “dreams” you mean sub-conscious, in-the-middle-of-the-night dreams, right? Because I think most people are reading “dreams about getting back with her” to mean that she fantasizes about it, or daydreams about it. (Get the difference in the meaning of “dreams” I’m trying to put out.)

If these are subsconscious dreams, I don’t think they do mean anything, except perhaps that she may be CONSCIOUSLY thinking about him which triggers more subconscious thoughts, and she’s not telling you about her daydreams…
