It’s an older model that came in the apartment I tried to run a load of dishes last night to find a puddle in the bottom after a few minutes. I’m pretty sure I’ll have to call maintenance but I’m curious if there is a way I can fix it even if just temporarily?
The drain hose is the pipe at the back of the dishwasher, its used to drain the water into the drainage system generally via the waste trap under your sink. Easily replaced once you actually pull the dish washer out and access and locate it.
You will be looking for a thin white pipe (diameter about 15mm’s) going from the back of the appliance straight into the waste trap under your kitchen sink. (trap being the big white plastic dome bottomed thing at the bottom of the sink)
